Privacy Policy
This page explains what the AI-Readiness Human Skills Scorecard (part of Annastacia Wainaina's work at annastaciawainaina.com) collects when you take the assessment, and what happens to it. Last updated 2026.
What we collect
When you take the scorecard, we collect your answers to the 20 assessment questions, and — once you choose to see your results — the name, email address, organisation, role and (optional) phone number you provide. We also automatically record your IP address, browser/device information, and the page that referred you, for security and analytics purposes.
How we use it
Your answers are used to calculate your score and generate your personalised results and PDF report. Your contact details are used to send you that report by email, and to let Annastacia follow up if you request a Human Edge Readiness Call. A notification with your submission details is sent to Annastacia so she's aware of every completed assessment.
Newsletter preference
If you tick the newsletter checkbox, we simply record that you're interested — we do not automatically subscribe you to any mailing list or send your details to a third-party mailing platform. Newsletter sign-up itself is handled separately, on the main website, and Annastacia may invite you to subscribe there.
Bot protection
The results form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs. Completing it sends a verification token to Cloudflare; see Cloudflare's privacy policy for details on how they handle that data.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run this tool (email delivery and bot protection, above). We don't use your answers for anything beyond generating your own results.
Cookies
We use a session cookie purely to keep track of your progress while you're taking the assessment. It expires automatically and isn't used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Your data, your choice
To request a copy of your data, ask a question, or have your submission deleted, email annastacia@annastaciawainaina.com.
