These terms cover your use of the AI-Readiness Human Skills Scorecard, a free diagnostic tool built on the WAINAINA Method by Annastacia Wainaina. Last updated 2026.
What this is
The scorecard is a self-assessment: a 20-question tool that gives you an indicative score and reading across four leadership "Human Edges." It's meant as a starting point for reflection, not a certified assessment, psychological evaluation, or professional diagnosis of any kind.
Not professional advice
Nothing in your results, PDF report, or any follow-up correspondence constitutes legal, financial, medical, psychological, or other professional advice. Decisions about your career, team, or organisation remain yours to make.
Accuracy
Your results are only as accurate as your own honest self-assessment. We don't guarantee the scorecard reflects your actual leadership capability or predicts any particular outcome.
Intellectual property
The WAINAINA Method, the scorecard's questions, scoring bands, and written content are the property of Annastacia Wainaina. You're welcome to share your own results, but the diagnostic itself — its questions and framework — may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
Availability
We aim to keep this tool available and working correctly, but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, wording, and scoring may be refined over time.
